It’s always been our policy, but now, we’ve made it even easier for your customers to take advantage of this flexible option. Your customers will simply visit the “My Account” section and click on “My Certificates,” then “Restaurant Gift Certificates.” They’ll be asked to confirm that certificate has not been used and voila – they receive an eGift Card of equal value.
Your customers can choose to redeem the code for a new restaurant right away, or save the credit in their account. Our customer service representatives will also gladly assist them with this process, but now they have the option to complete an exchange on their own, any time.
